Guest Signin

I've added a guest sign on that allows someone to sign in as a guest and they can see all my tests and the chart showing data in graph form. I'll add the ability to view more than the gki tests later.  At least it shows that my programming works. Pierre

My four day fast

When I do a water fast, the 1st day is pretty easy. I just disappear from my house till it's dark. That tells my system, I'm actually serious about the fast. If I keep busy, I'm not going to think about food. Hunger really isn't an issue.  My brain is a different story. I like food, that's more of an issue than hunger. So on my first day, I convince myself that there are better days to start my fast. So I procrastinate and put off the fast for another day. That can go on for a couple of weeks. But if I'm away from the kitchen then I stand a real good chance of committing to the fast. On the second day I'm pretty much done with organ depletion of glycogen. Since I start my 4 day fast in the morning, I'm up every hour or so to pee. They say the organs shrink 10% when you deplete glycogen. What's glycogen? Well your organs store glucose with the help of water. When you run out of food, your organs start converting stored glycogen into glucose. The wate...

Programming Autophagy and age reversal

Most of my website is there for my programming effort. I've been programming since somewhere around 1981 and have never stopped. I fully automated a power plant with a 3d interface that I spent decades programming. I used OpenGL. I also was the first to fully digitize an aircraft maintenance manual for McDonald Douglas, on the Md11 airframe, now bought by Boeing. Everything went through my programs. I was the programmer and Ken Stiles was the guy who created the idea. The programs fully automated loose leaf publication from the tech writers to the airlines.  I used c++.  I completely missed the internet sensation.   After being threatened with blindness from wet macular degeneration, I studied the human cell and associated clinical trials and studies that explained the lack of cell repair that the world is experiencing due to lack of fasting.  I can now say, with certainty, that I understand the reason we age and how to reverse it.  I analyzed what I ...

We're out of balance. And I'm 5.6 years younger

Why are we out of balance. It's simple the human cell can only significantly repair if we stop eating for a while.   The way our bodies are designed, there is a balance between eating and going without food. Eat and, using food nutrients, you rebuild or clone new cells. Stop eating for a while and your body will remove or repair the cells that are damaged. Eventually, cells go bad. By the time you are 60 15% or your cells need replacing, they have turned into Zombies. Fasting, to me, is the best way to remove these cells and return to youth. That's the way it's supposed to work. I have made 30 fasts to attempt to save my eyes from blindness. In so doing, I have removed 5.6 years off my chronological age, which is 72.79 years. My biologic age, though, is now about 67. I used  the 'TRUME' system. You send in your DNA and they, by checking you telemeres determine your age. Costs about 100.00.  I added to this that the Trume labs signed me up for a subscription without ...

Huge update

I've been reading several books since last month. The Ketogenic Bible,  Dr Fung's book, David Sinclair's book and more. I absorb these ideas on metabolic systems in the body.  The most interesting is understanding the rebuild/repair system of the body. The main idea I've come to understand is that the human system needs to spend more time on the repair side of metabolism. The thing is, we eat without allowing the body to repair.   The repair of Autophagy in all its types really can't function properly with just a few hours of rest from eating. We are built to repair our cells when we don't eat for a few days. To measure the amount of repair taking place I use the GKI index. For that to work I use the blood tests for Ketones and Glucose using inexpensive blood monitors. Read the levels on my site: mywaterfasts.com.  What I've learned is that it took me three days to reach down to 1.5 on the GKI index so that cysts are being repaired. That fixed my right eye...

Statistics of fasts

I have the graphs working on the extended fasts. All is pretty much good and well to a point. I want to superimpose the condition(s) above the fast times. Bear in mind that what appears complex in this note, the complexity of the program, itself, is at least 30 times more complex. To compare the fasting times to the condition times, for instance, I want to see when I'm losing weight compared to the fasts. Weight is the example here. What is done here will work with the thousands of conditions the members may have. That's a bit complex. The condition check may lie outside of the start and end of the fast.  I can't ignore what is outside the fast, especially if no condition tests were done within the fasts themselves. I have to use the last or average of the weights before the fast. Also, if there is weight checks within the fasts, then I'll use an average of those. When you're travelling through arrays of information, there's all kinds of gotchas that'll caus...

Condition Graphs

The entering and saving of the condition system is working. I am now working on the conditions graph that shows up above the fast graph as a line graph. It's a bit complex. Something like, first cut the conditions that exist before and after the selected dates of the fast graphs, then average the numbers between each fast and create the line point at that height. That gives me the ability to see how my progress corelates to the fasts. So, like, if I'm losing weight, I can see how that particular graph affected my weight or blood pressure or inflammation of my joints etc. After that's done, I'll be working on getting the system, as a whole, to accept multiple people. After that, I'll make the system more efficient. Like being able to login in from the front screen and then jump to the main app screen with some message saying I'm logged in. After that, I want to get the totals of the GKI indexes and maybe graph that. There's still a lot to do but I'm prog...
