Sugar

 I dont get it. People continue to consume the very thing that kills them slowly. Cancer lives on glucose not ketones.  Its so simple as to be as real as the noses on their face. Yet, year after year I know people close to me who continue to over-consume glucose creating foods like sugar and carbohydrates. Ive been guilty of doing it myself.

The medical industry seems so blind to the cause of most diseases yet have their eyes opened so thoroughly at every medical advance which costs us huge bills at each hospital visit. 

I want to believe they want the best for me but they continue,  as a group, ignoring the cause of disease. As if Alzheimer’s is caused by genetics when its been proven, beyond a doubt, that there is a direct link to over-abundance of sugar and carbs that is the cause of ameloid plaques that is the root cause of brain disease.

Ive told myself that ignorance is the reason we all over-consume the junk that is destroying the tabernacle of the body. It boils down to this maybe. The medical industry doesn't cause you to eat your donuts and cookies and pastas.  They don't force us to drink sugar based drinks. 

They just capitalize on the effects while ignoring the cause. Its like the parent that gets tired of warning the child and decides to ler their child lose a limb or their sanity.

Wheat used to be healthy to eat but now its been converted to a fast growing carb that helps to destroy us slowly. If Jesus' words mean anything to us, shouldn't we be each other's keepers. Aren't we each other's protecters?

In a way I feel sorry for the humans who have caused it. They've taken the easy way to riches. How they have fooled themselves into believing that wealth is the end all and be all. They are truly poor in reality and rich in things.

Reality is the only important thing that matters. It lives above consciousness.  Isn't that obvious? Am I the only one on this planet that recognizes that without reality you truly are just a robot,a complicated thing?

Am I the only one on this planet that sees that selfhood is bigger than the A C T G of human DNA. I see the humans who have extraordinary wealth believe that they are robots and the richest robot wins. They use it as an excuse, a weapon of survival. The strong survive and the weak die off. 

Ive been a reader of the Urantia book for almost 50 years. It changed my life. Before the Urantia book, I was blind. After the Urantia book I knew life made sense. That eternity had at its foundation a father that loved me, personally.

Doing the right thing is the only thing that will save you.  If you don't have your selfhood, you have nothing. It literally blows my mind that the people who are taking what they don't deserve are so blind to their own selfhood.
