Claude AI and MCP

 Wow. I lnow jobs are being replaced by AI. I wouldnt want to be in the tech sector with a huge education spent to get there.

Yet, from my direction, its just amazing how much i can get done with Claude. And now a massive change has taken place. The MCP is born. Everything takes an even greater leap now. I am blown away again.

MCP or Model Context Protocol. What is it and what does it mean? Before MCP, AI was basically stand alone. Now Claude can talk to programs outside itself. Heres an example:

I asked Claude MCP to create a 3d town with homes. I gave it a few ideas I wanted applied. Like ground around the town and wall it in, like the medieval times. Boom, Claude reached in to Blender, my main 3d environment creator and created the town. So now I have a workable 3d town that I can place stuff into it that I want to see and animate.

Heres the thing, were talking about giving the keys to the kingdom here. We're talking about giving AI the ability to manipulate the environment outside itself.  Of course we are controlling what we want to have happen.

Yet it is the first step to allow manipulation outside of itself. Yeah. 

I will definitely put it to use. My alloted time ran out in 27 minutes and I had to wait a few hours before asking Claude anything else. So it does use up Claude time.

Extended Water Fasts and age

But before the AI answer, I'll write a few paragraphs to explain senescence, that is,  old age. It starts when you're born. Senescent cells accumulate and toxify your system early on. Cell and organelle replacement

 A lot of what i do is conjecture. I have to guess at much of what happens when I fast. I know that i need at least 4 days of fasting to remove cysts, fluid build up, below my retina, along with getting the anti-vegf shots every 6 weeks. That fixes my Wet Amd. According to the GKI index, removal comes below 1.5 on it and I get there at the end of my 3rd day. So I need a full day below 1.5, so 4 days. There are several things that I've learned along the way. High blood pressure forces weak cells to allow this fluid to get by the eyes weak integrity.
