unusual why did my pee smell so bad after a fast.

I quit my 4 day fast short of 2 days.  The thing is, my urine wreaked. I mean really bad. There are words that can describe the smell but I'd rather not go through any of them.

My question was why? So here goes. A little after 24 hours, your digestion starts to run out of glucose. So the body then starts supplementing glucose from it's store of glucose from your organs.

The store molecule is called Glycogen. Glycogen is glucose stored with 3 parts water, 1 part glucose. So, after 24 hours, when the Glycogen starts inserting glucose into your bloodstream, that 3 parts of water starts going out as urine. So you pee every 20 or 30 minutes until the store is empty. Staying close to a bathroom is imperative.

Ok, after the fast ended, my pee was really strong. I asked Gemini why my pee might smell so bad. And it said that I was probably short of water, that is dehydrated. There are other reasons, of course, but that was probably the main reason.

After a bit of analysis, I thought, is it possible that my glycogen store was soaking up the water that I was putting in my body. The AI system said, that wouldn't happen unless i ate carbohydrates on my refeed. So it asked me what I had eaten when I ended my fast.

2 eggs, 10 olives, 1 avocado, 2 slices of sour dough bread with sugarless jelly on the 2 slices. So, right then and there, it knew what happened. It was the sourdough bread.

When you refeed and you've fasted above 30 or 40 hours, don't eat any carbs when you refeed. Your system will prioritize Glycogen storage and that replenishment takes a lot of water. Remember, 3 parts water, 1 part glucose to store in your organs. So..... I was dehydrated.

Even though I was drinking my regular amount of water, it wasn't enough to run my system properly and restore the Glycogen at the same time.

The lesson: Don't do any carbohydrates or you will shock your system into dehydration. And the way you tell: Your pee gets really strong.

Enough said.
