Phase 2 fasting animation
I really believe the world of medical research is close to figuring out how to live 2 or 3 century lifetimes .
Because of this and because I need to be clear about what happens to my body when I fast, I endeavor to create a visual animated view of what happens when I fast. Also, the world needs to see how important it is to understand the effects of water fasts on the human body.
In doing so, I created, in my mind, a 3 tiered view of the effects of water fasting. Currently, I'm basically done with the 1st tier and the 2nd tier is close to completion.
It is currently just a simple 3d animation. The first tier is what happens in the bloodstream. It is a description of the interplay of glucose, ketones, AMPK and Mtor and how they signal the cell's DNA to produce Lysosome Mrna.
The 2nd tier describes how the cell creates Lysosomes.
The third tier describes what the Lysosomes eat.
It is, like anything I make, a work in progress. Since it is based in 3d, it is interactive. Well, only simply for now, much has to be done to make it more than just a simple viewer.
Built in, is a way to view Youtube videos relating to the animation. Objects, within the animation, can be clicked. Nothing happens for now, except clicking does change the color of the object clicked and a sound is made. Eventually, it may lead to information about the object.
Since i plan on using it for other animations, it is basically a template on how to create these kind of animations. I have a fondness for 3d computer visuals that are interactive.
The current engines for creating games are too large and have a large footprint. Doing this, the way im doing it, uses a minimum of memory so that it can be applied to a website without downloading huge 3d engines.
I use Blender 3d to create objects and animations, which, Blender excels in creating 3d content. Then i convert the 3d Blender scene to a file that my program can use on the website. The program I'm writing with the help of Claude's AI system, has a text file that gives instructions on how my website program uses to manipulate the animation. Maybe later, that may evolve into a visual manipulation tool.
My past is strewn with attempts to present interactive 3d visual information. These attempts always fell short of what I dreamed of creating. Mostly because the 3d engines needed to be manipulated by huge engines driven by computer languages that didn't work well on webpages.
Now I can do it. There exists 3d engines that run in a browser, that can present 3d scenes. So that's it, a way to show how things work that have a chance of being seem and used.
