Am i getting older

 By all societal measurements, I will get older and die. There is no way around it. Im currently 74. In a few months, according to most measures, there's a huge drop-off im bodily functions coming.  75 is where most body functions drop by as much as 40%. Its a cliff.

Let me make this perfectly clear, your old age starts picking up steam in your teenage years. By the time you reach 25, you can see the under the skin bumps on the face.

I've pretty much conquered WMD, and my every day movements are younger than my age. I attribute that to fasting. Its the toxicity of the accumulations of zombie cells and ameloid plaques that cause it.

When I look at the science, not the bullshit that so many people are posting on line, the methods im using are real. Lysosomes can eat old age and Lysosomes fire up when you fast. 

And the measure of how old you are, telomeres, point to me being somewhere around 67. That's my telomeres length. You know the molecular pieces that get cut every time you copy your cells. When those run out, you die.

There is so much science that says Autophagy slows when you get older.  Yet, when you fast, you awaken Autophagy,  which is the process that fires up Lysosomes and Lysosomes eat broken organelles and Zombie cells. Its damned simple. Fasting removes old age.

Yeah, the process is complex but the end result is simple. The science points to removing all the crap that causes old age and disease. After all, Lysosomes are what eats the virus and bacteria when you're sick. That's how you get well. Am I fooling myself? No, everything points to the conclusion, I should be at least stopping the aging process.

Im relearning French. I've just wrote 2 programs that present 3d information on webpages in Javascript. I'm learning looping on an RC 600 for the music im creating.  I bike ride small hills for  5 miles every morning. I fast 4 days twice a month. I can play the guitar pretty well, enough to play publicly. What the hell. 

Yet, with all that, I have an average of 2 people visit my site on a daily basis. It doesn't make much sense. Complete idiots get hundreds of thousands of visitors to their sites.  The human race really is fickle. 

You'd think that truth would be attractive.  Its not. And then again. Maybe im fooling myself. Maybe I will continue the spiral to death. I just don't know. Only time will unlock the truth.

The world is full of facts that go nowhere. 

Anyway, im getting sleepy.

Glucose, Lysosomes and Ketones

So what happens when you eat food that converts into glucose. Your cells have receptor sites and as long as you are not insulin resistant, those receptor sites are fully open to glucose. If you are insulin resistant because you overeat carbs, then you need MORE insulin to FORCE those receptor sites to open. Truth and resistance

Why do humans ignore truth when it presents itself so readily? I see so many humans ignore the very thing that will give them a full healthy physical and mental life. I can say that cognitive dissonance is the reason and that humans put blinders on just like horses. But that's not the whole story.
