Organic Food and Zombie cells
I met a woman, whom I'll not name here without her permission. She impressed me with what organic food can do for your body. I'll come back to her later in this tome.
I have a test to see how well most people take care of themselves. The face of a person can tell you if they are taking care of themselves. If you look closely at a person's face, even a 20 year old, you can see miniscule bumps. If you take your finger and slowly rub your finger on someone's face, you'll feel little bumps under the skin or on the surface of their skin.
Generally, those little bumps, ignoring acne on the surface, are an indicator of how many zombie or senescent cells exist in a person's body. By the time you get to 60, 10 to 15% of your body is made of senescent zombie cells. It is what makes you old.
There is a direct relationship between how many carbs you eat, in 1 sitting, and how many zombie cells you accumulate. It is the over-abundance of carbs, with a bias of how refined those carbs are, that cause old age and all the major diseases that come later in life.
Carbs, turn into glucose. Glucose in normal amount, are what you use as fuel. The problem is this, eating refined carbs or eating too many carbs in 1 sitting and you will start to deposit glucose along the highways of your body.
Glucose, above the amount your body can use is toxic as hell. Your cells can only absorb a certain amount.
Mitochondria, the powerhouse of your cell, in a normal person, can only absorb 5% of their needs to fuel your body, per hour. 15%, if you're an athlete, The rest of the glucose heads to the fat cells. They, in turn, can only absorb a certain amount at any one time. I haven't seen any studies on the amount fat cells can absorb over time. But i do know, what they can't absorb gets dumped by the highways of your body.
There has been a link established that shows how an abundance of glucose, in the brain, turns into Ameloid plaques. Ameloid plaques are the cause of most diseases of the brain. Including Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s. Ameloid plaques clog your neurotransmitters. Its not that complicated.
The other place they dump is in your arteries, welcome to atherosclerosis and heart attack city.
All the toxins we ingest with pesticides and all the abundance of carbs, especially high glycemic sugars and flours, create zombie cells.
There is a normal process your body will use to remove these zombie cells and that happens at night when you're not eating, when you're sleeping. Glucose lowers a bit, in your bloodstream and ketones rise.
Ketones are your 2nd fuel. A level of 0.2 mmhos is usual for me when i sleep. By morning, many of the zombie cells have been eaten by the process that takes place when your ketones rise and your glucose lowers.
It's not enough. You still get old because not enough are removed. Enough, though, that you don't look like a monster by the time you're 30.
So, if you've followed along, I felt this woman's face, who happens to be my age and she had no detectable zombie cells in her face. What!!!!
She eats only organic foods and no meat. She's a vegan.
I fast to remove zombie cells and she had done it without fasting. Im still processing what I felt on her face.
Americans are inundated with this horrible food that is killing them slowly. Im not immune to this, the skin on my face is wrinkled and loose from over-abundance of zombie cells. I am working now to remove them because I was going to be blind if I didn't.
Even though i have removed the cysts under my retina, by fasting. Even with 42 monthly eye shots, I was still building cysts. My left eye has scar tissue from persistent cysts. So my left eye shows people as distorted faces.
I stopped the shots and that's a bit scary, as they were helping. But they weren't the solution. The solution is to lower my carb ingestion and do 4 day fasts twice a month. Maybe more.
The take away, from this, should be. Lower your carb intake. Eat organic food, and do as many fasts as your body and discipline, can handle. You'll live healthy, probably to the age of 200. I believe that now.
It may be too late for me. Being 74 and filled with an over-abundance of zombie cells. Im not sure I can overtake the zombies. But I will try. And try is a word. It means you are willing. Persistence will convert the 'try' and turn it into action.
