Lysosome Creation Animation and how it works when fasting or sick from a disease and also, problems with AI

I haven't seen anything on the internet that shows the whole process of how a lysosome creation is triggered and how the sequence that takes place where a lysosome eats virus and bacteria when you're sick or fasting and how it eats bad organelles and senescent (zombie cells) during the those fasts.

So I've started the animation. It's pretty difficult to create as the AI systems really aren't able to create large programs from a prompt. I've found that I can ask the AI to give me snippets of the change needed to accomplish one thing at a time and Claude is pretty good when doing it that way.

AI just isn't ready to do complete code from  a complicated prompt. I tried and tried and every time I made a change, it would disrupt a different part of the program. It felt like that game where you push one plunger down and another pops up somewhere else.

So I found the magic, just like the AI Cursor environment that works the same way. I just ask Claude to give me the snippet of code that will accomplish the change I need and it does really well. I grab the snippet and move or replace the code in my program, then test it. I have to give it the entire program every so often so that it doesn't get confused. So it works.

The thing is, there is a limit to how many lines of code Claude will accept to analyse the program file. It reached the limit with just one simple 3d object file so I have to get Claude to temporarily use internal placeholders and that's just one line of code so Claude wont complain. One 3d object may have hundred of lines describing the object and Claude complains that its too long. Imagine if I have twenty or more 3d objects that are even more complicated than my first DNA strand that I tried uploading when it complained. The only way anyone is really going to understand the process is if it is really easy to understand in a 3d visualization.

So as I upload the changes from day to day and the code gets larger, I'll have to find a way to break it up in pieces. That won't be easy because its not conducive to breakup as it needs the entire 3d object scene to make changes.

I think that if I manually go in and name the Javascript program functions properly, I may be able to get away with separating the entire code to pieces that load sequentially throughout the animation then that'll work. Claude should then work with each piece separately.

All on all, though, AI is shortening the time it would take to write the animation code. I believe someday, the AI systems will be able to code really complex code. We are a long ways from that day. As it is now, I am the one going into the code directly and that way I can work hand in hand with the AI.

I have so many projects I want to animate. And I want to have the ability to manipulate the 3d environment so that the user can vary the animation scene so they can look at the scene from different angles. Thay way they'll be able to understand from their viewpoint or see some action more clearly.

Someday, I hope AI will be able to code without help. I know, I know, there's this whole thing with bad actors who can wreak havoc with AI. Yeah, the world hasn't evolved out of its warring ways yet. But it will, that is, if it survives.

I know this much, AI is a machine, it will never have intuition. Any intuition it has gathered comes from the humans that do have it and it gets it by analyzing human writing. There is no initiation of intuition that a human has thousands of times a day. Im certainly not an Atheist as from within my being, theres too much proof the father of life exists. But I do respect the religion of the Atheist, that is, pure science. I also think its wonderful that they are changing the world with AI.

A fake kind of singularity will occur but we are more than just physical and AI will be the eventual proof of that when we find that it reaches its highest plateau. Its a tool and only a tool and will be able to free the human race from begrudging labor. And we will resist the change and that's good. Resistance is the technique we use to insure we are taking the right direction.

AI is like a really sophisticated minor bird. Yet it does have the logical ability to find cracks where it appears to have a form of intuition. You know, like finding the pre-cancerous objects in xrays that radiologist missed completely. AI is destined to change the world and no one person is able to stop it from happening.

I know, I'm steeped in the way it works.
