Fast and Refeed and what it fixes

My schedule has fairly solidified. 2 weeks eating, 4 day fasting. Rinse and repeat. My social schedule changes the fasting schedule, not vice versa. I might go 2.5 weeks feeding if I have something important going on.

So it feels like this: my health slowly feels like I go downhill for 2 weeks of feeding then do the 4 day fast, feel bad during fast then feel really good 1 day after fast ends and slowly drift down till the next 4 day fast.

Slowly, over a long period of this schedule, i feel younger and younger. Its subjective but that's the way it feels. Arthritis is gone, etc.

Of course,  when I'm re-feeding, I do 5 mile bike ride every day with hills.  Yoga twice a week and weight lifting twice a week. I do some of it during the fast.

While re-feeding,  I usually eat healthy but I eat a lot more than I used to. Kinda pig out actually. Nevertheless,  physically I'm doing better and better. Not bad for a 74 year old man. Still have wrinkles and other problems. They're all getting better  but that is a slow process. It took 72 years of building senescent cells so it will take maybe that long to remove them.

Lysosomes are incredible little cellular stomachs that fix everything. They are what eats virus and bacteria when you are sick. They also eat broken mitochondria and broken proteins and organelles that don't work well. How do you wake them up? Stop eating for a while.

Fasting does so much more as I haven't had cysts below my retina for 4 months.  Am I fixed of wet macular, the blindness disease?  Time will tell. It appears fasting has fixed it. The thing is, I don't know why cysts are fixed. Maybe its lysosomes,  certainly and probably inflammation is removed.

I do know, the dementia diseases of the brain are fixed.  Ameloid plaques are being eated by Lysosomes, which are the main cause of the dementia diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s and the like. Type 2 Diabetes is gone, after all, it's a glucose/insulin problem. Too much insulin because, the cells are rebelling by closing off their glucose receptors. Too many carbs mess up your life, DUH.

Carbs are glucose.

Also, and this urks me, cancer lives on glucose, not ketones.  Only one rare form of cancer can eat ketones,  the second form of energy, which comes from fat. So, if you have cancer, stop eating carbs till its gone. Problem fixed. Another DUH.

Where is the medical industry in this? What the hell? Why are they so slow to fix causes instead of effects? They are magical at fixing effects. But they minimize the knowledge of the causes of diseases.

I constantly hear people telling me that there are fixes to the body with nutrients, when really, eating, even though necessary,  is the cause of disease.

Anyway, I'm not frustrated much by the lack of metabolic knowledge of most doctors. They weren't taught. A Nethrologist, gets all of 5 hours of schooling on it. How then can they understand lysosome behavior? I've been studying it for 2 years. Ask your medical expert if they've heard of Autophagy, the creator of Lysosomes in the cell. Bet they'll ask ask you how to pronounce it. Yet Lysosomes are the foundation for removing all diseases. Again: DUH!

And who does all these scientific studies on fasting? Its the drug companies. Why? Because the fasting studies show them what chemistries exist in the fasting states so that they can create pills that mimick the chemistry of fasts.

That's ironic.
