Convincing the world about fasting

Im only one guy.  So I can only move at a certain pace and I gotta tell ya. Programming takes a lot of energy and thought.  So much for my complaint session. Ive been searching through the science and its absolutely real. Fasting can fix a huge amount of diseases. But its not for the faint hearted.  To make what I'm about to say clear. There is a huge difference between testing and comprehension. Testing in trials and studies is the attempt to prove that this or that works.  If you study the works of doctors and scientists with enough persistence,  you can figure out how fasting changes the human cell. This is where my animations come in. I now comprehend how it works with enough confidence to a create 3d scene animations of the whole process. Im convinced I can show how it works and link to the science while watching. It has to be educational or I've failed.  I'm not trying to be the awesome artist that shows all the processes of what takes place wit...

AI animation dreams

Wow. Now that I've figured out how to create animations using Blender and three.js with a javascript file and i see that I need multiple scenes to explain why fasting fixes diseases, I now have figured out how to create a template program that runs all scenes.   Programming isnt easy, even with AI. You still have to think through the process and you need to be creative. With that in mind,  I'm going to take the program that I figured I'd copy using different scene animations and then change the names in those Javascript files. That way, I could just copy the program files. But thinking through stuff makes everything better and I figured this out differently.  Why copy Javascript programs for each different scene? When I can just name the animation 1, 2, 3 etc. I mean, after all, you need the same stuff to use different animation scenes. You need "Prior", "Next", to step through the animation, "Run", which takes you through all the animations i...

Blender and Lysosomes

Ok. Finally! I have my platform to create 3d animations. Blender is it.  Heres what I'm trying to accomplish: I want to show how AMPK and mTOR human blood signals are affected by glucose and ketones (fat fuel) from fasting and create an atmosphere where lysosomes are created and how those lysosomes clean up old age zombie cells and toxic junk in the human cell. That'll take 3 animations.  The first shows the triggering mechanism, the second DNA and cell organelles creating lysosomes and the 3rd how those lysosomes clean everything. If you go to:  https://mywaterfasts.com/ There are buttons showing all 3. Anyway, the internet has the ability to do 3d. One of the ways is three.js. I can export a glb of my Blender scene with animations and output a file of it from Blender and I can play it on three.js. It takes some programming to do it but its trivial in comparison to how difficult it is to manipulate 3d without the power of a platform like Blender.  Adding all t...

Unity and Playcanvas

So I've spent the better part of last week trying to get Unity up and running with WebGL.  Unity is a 3d scene and game creation system and WebGL is the ability to run 3d scenes in a webpage.  I need a powerful animation system, that is, if I'm ever going to show how, visually, in an animated way, fasting fixes all sorts of diseases. And with 3d I can also create videos for YouTube to show different phases of how the body's cells can reduce age and eat all forms of virus and bacteria and broken proteins and mitochondria and old age senescent zombie cells. Im convinced fasting can reduce old age. Its the only explanation how my Wet Macular Degeneration eye disease has been fixed. Back to 3d animations. Unity is extremely powerful but if I have to spend any more time trying to get it running in webpages, its not worth it. I know that its probably the fact that I use Linux and not Windows or Apple on my laptop. Im the kind of guy that needs freedom to program the way I want...

Lysosome Creation Animation and how it works when fasting or sick from a disease and also, problems with AI

I haven't seen anything on the internet that shows the whole process of how a lysosome creation is triggered and how the sequence that takes place where a lysosome eats virus and bacteria when you're sick or fasting and how it eats bad organelles and senescent (zombie cells) during the those fasts. So I've started the animation. It's pretty difficult to create as the AI systems really aren't able to create large programs from a prompt. I've found that I can ask the AI to give me snippets of the change needed to accomplish one thing at a time and Claude is pretty good when doing it that way. AI just isn't ready to do complete code from  a complicated prompt. I tried and tried and every time I made a change, it would disrupt a different part of the program. It felt like that game where you push one plunger down and another pops up somewhere else. So I found the magic, just like the AI Cursor environment that works the same way. I just ask Claude to give me th...

Fast and Refeed and what it fixes

My schedule has fairly solidified. 2 weeks eating, 4 day fasting. Rinse and repeat. My social schedule changes the fasting schedule, not vice versa. I might go 2.5 weeks feeding if I have something important going on.  So it feels like this: my health slowly feels like I go downhill for 2 weeks of feeding then do the 4 day fast, feel bad during fast then feel really good 1 day after fast ends and slowly drift down till the next 4 day fast. Slowly, over a long period of this schedule, i feel younger and younger. Its subjective but that's the way it feels. Arthritis is gone, etc.  Of course,  when I'm re-feeding, I do 5 mile bike ride every day with hills.  Yoga twice a week and weight lifting twice a week. I do some of it during the fast. While re-feeding,  I usually eat healthy but I eat a lot more than I used to. Kinda pig out actually. Nevertheless,  physically I'm doing better and better. Not bad for a 74 year old man. Still have wrinkles and other probl...
