Keto and the industry

Wow. What a month of illumination.  How in the hell did the medical industry get into such a rut?

Since I've begun studying metabolism and how autophagy, glucose and ketones affect my everyday life, I'm shocked at how little is being done.

Everybody I know has some kind of disease. Or should I say instead that everybody I know has a lot of diseases. And to top it all off, I now know why.  It's what we eat. It's all glucose, or that is, carbs. Fat is our friend here and we've been propograndised to believe that eating fat is bad.

Carbohydrates are not good for our body. They clog up your brain, your arteries and your cells. I had to find a way to keep from going blind and what I found angered me. Fat does not convert to fat in your system.  It goes to the liver, which converts it to ketones and ketones feed your cells the way they should be fed. Simple-mindedness doesn't work here. Fat doesn't go into fat in our bodies.

Carbohydrates conver to glucose and glucose creates fat and sludge and insulin diabetic reactions. We're sick because we've been fed this nonsense that eating saturated fats are bad for our heart and other organs. Fatty liver isn't caused by eating fat, it's caused by eating carbohydrates.

Capitalism has given us some wonderful things but at the same time, has given us an abundance of slimy lawyers and drug companies that don't give a damn about our health.  I don't blame them though, they have to survive and if they don't make monies, they die.

We should have healthcare that is supported by a central government system, much like Canada and France. After all, the people pay for those anyway.

But then again, we can't afford it. We are locked into a military that may overcharge us for hammers and what not but without them the world would look like a pretty ugly place. One look at the geopolitical environment of the world and it becomes obvious we need them. But then again,  our ignorance of geopolitical systems, in the past, were partly the cause of so much distress in several countries that hate us and I don't blame them.

Our ignorance is slowly fading away now as we have a way to see into different countries.

Knowing the reasons why we are so backward in dealing with metabolism issues in our medical fields and it's damage on our lives doesn't change the fact that it's real.

The clinical side will eventually catch up to the research side. It is plain to see that we need to to stop believing this low fat nonsense. The scientific research of thousands of clinical trials and studies can't all be wrong.

So, now I'm doing Keto and water fasts and developing computer programs that will help me keep track of my progress of healing myself. The water fasting side is working for one person and as soon as its complete enough, I'll make it work with multiple people.

One big problem is that my physical body is used to carbohydrates.  Ketones will fix me but I've been doing those unhealthy carbohydrates all my life so it'll take a few years to adapt out of my addiction.

Anyway, another day has passed and I'm back to Keto and maybe when I'm mentally ready, another 3 or 4 day fast.
