4th day fasting blues

I dont recommend to anyone to do a  4 day water fast . Its difficult. I'm on my 4th day and my blood pressure is high. 165 over 100. My oxygen level is dropping regularly to 94 and thats low. But I've just got to to 1.44 on the GKI scale.Below 1.5 is where i start removing my cysts in my eyes and I can see the difference in the Amsler grid after im finished.  Of course, the stress of the 4th day of my water fast is causing this blood pressure rise as I slow my breathing from that stress. Its a natural response to any environmental pressure. Kind of like stopping breathing when a lion is in the bush looking for prey and the prey is you, so you stop any sound and breathing is loud. So I start breathing deep and my blood pressure drops. I can get it down to 120 if I continue to breathe deeply. Kind of gives an insight to why we have higher blood pressure as we get older. The system is under toxic stress from all the zombie cells that have accumulated from years of living. A...

Telomeres lengthening

Since my main issue in beginning extended fasting was with wet macular degeneration of of my eyes (WMD), which leads to blindness, I studied how autophagy related to the WMD.  WMD is where cysts form behind the retina in the eyes. The cysts are much like cancer and in fact, the anti cancer drug is used to slow it down.  The problem, is,  it doesnt stop it. It treats the effect and not the cause. So eventually, the cause, which is the lessening of autophagy, eventually causes blindness.  As you get older, autophagy backs off. What's autophagy? its the process whereby your cells kill broken and weak pieces of the cells and also kills entire cells that have become zombies. Zombie cells are old age. Zombie cells are cells that are partially broken that are waiting to be removed by autophagy. A protein or two locks them out of replication. Good thing or we would look like ugly creatures by the age of 25. Yeah, that young. Removing zombie cells means removing old age...

The future

Yeah. I get it. Survival demands that you see all the danger in your world, up close and far away.  Humanity, though, will become extremely beautiful. Its so obvious to me, you should be able to see how it'll turn out.  In a few decades all main diseases will be gone. And a central democratic government will run the world. All armies will have given up sovereignty to the central government and the world will be at peace. Right now, that scares the hell out of us.  All governments of today have the right to decide what force to use to protect themselves from neighboring states. But with central power that completely changes. Slowly we'll move towards one language and one race. We won't have to work, pretty obvious when you really understand AI.  Yeah, there will be temporary bad actors but they'll be gone, the horror they cause will be forgotten. Why? Because people are generally good hearted. Just follow itchy boots on YouTube and you'll see people generally wa...

Dreaming about 3d

When i was around 19 years old, I had a waking dream about how kids would learn about how atoms work.  I could, in this waking dream, see how a person could visualize,  in 3d, the makeup of the atom and be able to navigate through the way they wanted to learn how the atom worked.  I didnt know or imagine virtual reality or anything like that.  I didnt think about how someone would select where they wanted to travel, say to the nucleus and visualize the workings of neutrons or protons.  I imagined the scene floating in front of the student and they could travel or manipulate their journey.  I didnt remember the visualization till this morning when I was putting together how I could enhance my 3d scenes.  There are complex visualizations needed to explain what happens to mrna in the ribosome or what attaches to the lysosome protein as it is forming in the rough ER and Golgi complex.  It would be overwhelming and distracting if I showed all t...

Being again

It blows me away. All the philosophers and scientists, politicians,  CEOs and just the general population miss the most important thing of all. Reality is above all, the thing that separates us from things. It is what gives us beingness. It gives me pause to think, yes, we eventually die, yes we are creatures, yes we live through circumscribed senses. Did we miss the fact that we can recognize the fact of our selfhood. That recognition places us so far above simple automatonic low level reality.  These AI experts actually believe that beingness comes from physical machinery. They actually believe sentiant reality comes from a bunch of computer transistors. I dont get it. Am I the only person on planet earth that recognizes the undeniable fact that I am. There has to be someone who can see what I am describing. Do sensors create reality, no. Sensors are used by beings to see less or more of their worlds. Sensors do not make reality. If I am blind,  do I lose reality?...
