Fasting nonsense articles

 Wow. It s unbelievable what passes for science these days. I just read an article saying that extended water fasting was bad for you. Here's the crux of the article: ________ P articipants lost an average of 7.7 percent of their body weight, They experienced side effects like headaches, insomnia, and  low blood pressure . Fasting seemed to increase inflammation and put more stress on the body, and this can lead to lots of complications with health,  especially with those with existing heart or  vascular conditions .  _____ Well yeah. That's what happens to me every time I fast. It isn't easy. After 40 or so fasts, it has gotten easier. The one thing these short sighted, so called, scientists,  didn't mention, is the long term benefits. And that's where there is a lot of science. The benefits are awesome. So let me say it in a different, dumb way. Don't exercise because it puts strain on your heart and could lead to complications such as muscle spasms, fati...

4 day fast

Today, I've reached my 4th day of fasting. And my GKI dropped below 1.5. That's the therapeutic zone that fixes my retinal cysts and cancer tumors.  https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4367849/ I find it incredibly amazing that to digest food our bodies create proteins that decompose so many different types of foods  inside our stomachs.  I also find it amazing that the same type of ribosomes take strands of DNA and create little lysosomes inside our cells that eat broken junk in much the same way as our stomach do and use that junk for food and creates more proteins while I fast.  Lysosomes are what eats the virus and bacteria when we're sick. There has to be a father to life. Its just so incredibly complex. There is an incredibly important reason  why the father of life stays hidden. Pierre
