Im not a vain kind of guy. But blindness is an incredible motivator. When I studied the science, it became clear that the reason I was headed for blindness was a reduction of autophagy due to my age. After finding a clinical trial on wet macular degeneration it became clear that the reason was autophagy, or a lack of it. I found the answer and you can look at my website under my journey, and you can see the cysts underneath my retina. And you can see that they're now gone. And the reason they're gone is because of my fasting, but the fasting I needed to do was at least 4 days long because I don't get to the therapeutic zone until my ketones have gone up, and my glucose has gone down.
