Have i stopped aging?

 The question remains. Have I stopped aging.?  The strangest thing happened. I started understanding autophagy and lysosome behavior. I get it, it actually works. This is not some kind of bs i've been told about or something I've read about someone who guesses how something might works. No, nothing like that.This is real. We figured out how thw human cell works and more than that, we know we can affect it by doing certain things, like fasting, for instance.  I'm fasting, pretty regularly, and I fast at a high level for 4 days, just water and coffee and tea, I know, it's very difficult. And most people want to do fasting mimicking, because you get to eat at a low level, and it works.  Fasting, mimicking diet actually works and Dr. Longo has proven that it actually does. Old Age And Fasting Again

 So I've looked at doctor Longo's studies on fasting. His fasting is different. He uses fastin mimicking diets and he shows a reduction of age from fasting.  After about 3 months of fasting with his protocol, he shows 2.5 years of chronological biologic age reduction. They do one 5 day mimicking fast a month. This is pretty significant. The mimicking diet he uses doesn't go as deep as the water fast I do even though it does still show a reduction of biologic age, which is really interesting. So going by this protocol and comparing it to water fasting, water fasting reduces age even more rapidly. What I'm doing, with water fasting, lowers the GK I below 1.5.   I do that because of the cysts  that used to grow underneath my retina. Now I'm showing signs of reducing my age even more. Old age and fasting

 There is a machine in the brain that moves us towards food. Its not hunger. Hunger is pretty obvious, this machine of the brain is more subtle and more powerful. It diminishes the will to continue fasting by lowering your ability to be self determined.   I watch for it now. Part of this machine starts by wanting to crunch or chew something. It uses your imagination by imagining food moving down your throat and filling your stomach. My method for conquering this powerful mechanism is to leave my home. This keeps me away from the food in the kitchen. Here though, is my opportunity to conquer this machine. It has taken years of distance from my kitchen to get used to the idea that I must eat. Breaking the habit of always snacking and eating meals is not a habit you can change easily. I was destined for blindness. So I had an incentive to conquer this powerful habit.
