Mywaterfasts.com I've struggled with how to get my Qt program to work across many platforms. I find it's just too difficult. i'm quitting QT as a front end programming environment. I tried to make it work with Webassembly. No way, Qt is just not cut out to run on Webassembly, unless of course, you're using their version of Javascript and maybe not using any GUI stuff. Anyway, it's out. Also they are using a strange license model. In the past, I've probably passed at least 10,000.00 over to them. Or more, haven't added it up. I was making pretty good money back then, so I supported them for a decade and a half before they we're bought by Nokia. I'm taking the next step. I'm learning Javascript and will create the Autophagy program on my website.  So the totals on the Autophagy fasts are done. So you can see how much time you've spend at each of the 5 levels so that you can get an idea how well you're doing healing your body. Pierre

 I've added the totalizers that show how long I've been at any of the 5 levels of autophagy. So much to do. I need to add the ability to add and compare conditions to the amount of time I've fasted.  Also I've began sifting through the mess that allows me to place this application in the Android app store. It's not the store that's the problem, it's the Qt system that's fairly difficult. I'll get it though. I've done it once, so I can do it again. Autophagy is, basically, as far as I can tell, a miracle way of healing the human body. The only reasonable way to get autophagy happening in your body is to fast. I have been struck with Wet Macular Degeneration (  WMD).  I refuse to go blind with it without a fight. I have 3 options.  1. A shot in the eyes every month, it's called the Anti-VegF treatment. Avastin and another 2. My eyes are not getting better with these. Slowly they are getting worse. Although, it does retard the speed of the degeneration. 2. The Crispr gene technique. When it's released, it'll be 400,000.00 for each shot, at least, that's what my doctor has told me. So that's out. 3. Autophagy. This one works.
